Meet Our Leaders

April Holsey, Chief Executive Officer

April is proud to work for a rehab hospital that provides excellent care and outcomes that rank in the top 10% in the nation.

After receiving her undergraduate degree from Lubbock Christian University, April earned her doctorate degree in physical therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2011. She began as a staff physical therapist at Trustpoint hospital with a passion for treating patients recovering from a stroke, traumatic brain injury, and the pediatric population.  She transitioned into the role of clinical liaison, director of patient outcomes and became director of marketing and business development in 2019.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, playing golf, camping and visiting family and friends.

Seth Torres, Chief Operating Officer

Seth has led our therapy department with great success since 2008. He has a passion for patients with spinal cord injuries and the role in recovery which we are able to play here at Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital of Lubbock.

Seth graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with his Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2006. He worked as a staff OT in the rehab setting for two years before transitioning into the role of Therapy Supervisor in 2008.

Seth was born and raised in Lubbock and continues to live here with his wife and two daughters.  He enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors.  He also enjoys participating in wheelchair dodgeball, a program developed for patients with disability.

Lacey Pittman, Director of Therapy Operations

Lacey is proud to work with a dynamic team who strives their best, every day, to increase overall patient independence and/or decrease the burden of care for patients’ loved ones.

Lacey earned her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2014. She worked as a staff OT, mainly in the rehab setting for 4 years. Her passion for treating the neurological population eventually led her to a Team Lead role in 2019.

Lacey was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, before moving to Lubbock for graduate school. While in school, she met her husband and firmly planted roots in West Texas. She enjoys health/fitness, walking their dog, and spending time with friends and family.

Cody Randall, Human Resources Manager

Cody has always had a passion for seeking out and supporting compassionate healthcare professionals. He attended Texas State University and pursued a degree in psychology & business administration to pursue a career in human resources within the healthcare industry.

He was born and raised in Corpus Christi, where he lived until moving to San Marcos for college. While at Texas State University, he met his wife and was quickly introduced to the big city of Lubbock, Texas. Upon graduating, Cody and his wife moved to Lubbock permanently. Cody has been working in healthcare HR for over seven years and has found his home at Trustpoint. He is committed to hiring and retaining the most qualified healthcare and professional staff that West Texas has to offer.

Cody’s favorite activity is spending time at home with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. When he is not at work or home with his family, he is usually found on a golf course or cheering on one of the Red Raiders sports teams.

Eric Young R. Ph., Director of Pharmacy

Eric earned a degree in Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He started his career in hospital pharmacy. After several years in retail pharmacy, he returned to a hospital setting as Director of Pharmacy at Trustpoint in 2013.

Eric is proud to work with a team at Trustpoint that provides rehabilitation to patients in need. He finds it rewarding to watch a patient’s journey towards recovery and returning home.

Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. When Eric isn’t exercising or enjoying a round of golf he can usually be found watching youth sports, his beloved Dallas Cowboys or Texas Tech Red Raiders.
